I'm Back!

I'm BACK!
Alright I've been meaning to post something and I wasn't sure what to post I was in a serious case of writers block in both my story and for this site. Well the other day(more like last week or something like that)I was dragged out shopping with my parents(I was sick, I didn't go to math class and my parents didn't want me home alone while sick-don't worry not contagious for thoughs who have been around me) anyway, I was in the car because I didn't feel like going into the store and while I was in the car I got bored and started writing a part that's going to be in my 2nd book. WARNING: THIS IS NOT EDITED IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM (and that is completely serious) and because of the fact I haven’t gone through it “nit picking” I don’t think it’s my best writing…..but then again I’m self critical and I wrote this when I was sick so I wasn’t fully “here” tell me what you think:

Alleanna’s breathing went from calm to panic as her space ships motors malfunctioned. She swallowed, her saliva settled in her stomach like a dead weight.
“Alana-Alana-what’s wrong with your ship?” Eragon said worried keeping eyes both on her and on the vast expanding galaxy before his eyes.
“I don’t know my motor won’t work-something’s happening.” She started flicking switches on and off.
“Pull your nose up!” Nathaniel said speeding up to be beside her but not daring to go any more than 50 feet close to her.
“Alleanna you have something pulling you down-it’s not just your motor.” Ronald said looking at his radar.
“It’s almost like….” Roald murmured staring at his radar too, “like someone is trying to pull you down-something or someone wants you to crash.”
“I’ve noticed that! Mark-a little help here would be nice.” Alleanna said her heart was pounding but she was trying to seem and stay as calm as possible.
Mark who had been silent this whole time picked up his head set putting the mike in front of his mouth. He pierced his lip together thinking.
“Mark!” Alleanna said as her ship jerked, “My motors dying- Mark isn’t there something you can do?” Her stomach suddenly felt like a hard rock
“Breath, Alana, calm down.” He bit his lip, “Alright-there is absolutely no way magic can pull you in.”
“Why not?” She said worried.
“Something near by wants you so bad it’s far more powerful than our magic. At the moment anyway…It would just be too dangerous we don’t completely know what we’re dealing with so we could be signing our own death wish.” Mark said his eyes resting on Alleanna’s ship as he swallowed hard.
“The closest thing in miles is Curn.” She said waiting for a response but none came. She swallowed hard, “You think Cedrivok and Arvok are trying to make me crash, don’t you.”
“When you get over Curn just let go of the controls and let yourself pull you in.” Eragon said calmly trying to calm her nerves.
“I’ll crash!” Alleanna said wide eyed.
“You will crash worse if you struggle.” Roald concluded
“I’m not liking my options here.” Alleanna said swallowing hard.
“Just do it.” Nathaniel said soothingly like he was using some of his highly advanced magical powers to cause her to relax some.
“You’ll be fine-we won’t leave you there. We promise you.” Ronald said the same way still staring at radar while some how managing not to loose control of his ship.
“Alright, Alana, now just let go of your steering wheel and take your hands and feet away from the exhaust and everything and let them pull you in.” Mark said his voice ringing like a song in her head.
Alleanna gently obeyed his orders something she didn’t do often, but it almost seemed like the planet was calling her and that made her feel sick in the stomach. She swallowed hard as she plunged down into the green atmospheric planet fast and just like a roller coaster. It almost seemed like a blink of an eye before she crashed in the swamps of this dreary desolate planet.
Alleanna rubbed her head, she had slammed it hard when she had crashed and suddenly now a splitting headache had formed not even a second after the incident. She unbuckled kicking the door open hard and jumping out landing into knee high muddy, mucky water.
“Disgusting.” She muttered plainly while scrunching her nose at the disgusting potent fume rising from the swamp. She quickly trudged her way throw the thick repulsive mess and into the dense woods. An eerie feeling ran up her spine the farther into the dark woods she got, “Oh god, I hate the dark-why’d it have to be dark.” She muttered as her eyes darting so clearly from side to side her senses more alert than ever.
Crack! Alleanna spun around hearing a twig break from her left side and not that far away. “Whose there?” She challenge which she guessed was not the best idea once she thought about it.
A glowing smirk seemed to grow wider as it walked toward her from behind the bushes. She backed away so easily she didn’t have to even make sure she wouldn’t trip. “Whose there?” she said more nervously trying to keep voice calm-why was she scared? Of all things she should be mad, this planet and it’s leaders were the ones who took her parents from her, disintegrating them to nothing more than memory and eternal flame as well as leaving her an orphan.
A mischievous laugh escaped the smirk which turned to an evil grin. More faces surrounded this one.
back up she thought her mind racing as she tried to find a way out-she had escaped from this planet and doom nearly 4 years ago and she did not wish to remain there the rest of her life better yet die there.
She stared the shadowy figure coming towards her square in the eye she wasn’t backing down for anything. There was a pause and the figure stopped there was a screeching sound-like metal against metal. She immediately whipped her dad’s sword from it’s holder on her belt and collided it with another sword belonging to the shadowy figure as many more men took out their swords surrounding the two.
After awhile of fighting Alleanna stopped she didn’t think she could go on she had never once gone through a fight so vigorous not even with Lord Raynold who half the time seemed like he wanted to kill her, this was different-these men want to kill her.
Alleanna took a shaky breath looking around at the crowd engulfing her, making her hostage as the shadowy figure of whom she still hadn’t seen the face of got his or her sword. She looked down at her dad’s sword one of her only possessions of her parents given to her by her dad’s old Lord who was like a father to him, it was a long sleek shiny sword un-scratched from the ware of time as if it had never used before in any life time a good sized beautiful blue diamond embedded on the handle with smaller white and blue diamonds traveling up the handle to the blade and a breath taking design. She rested the sword in both hands exactly like when she had first gotten the sword
Qing-Yuan walks into the practice room leaning on the door watching Alleanna shoot her bow and arrows. “You resemble your father when you do that you know?” His kind voice rolled off his tongue like a serpent.
Alleanna whipped around gasping, “Lord Suashi, what are you doing here?”
“Just watching you, you’re good with the arrows-how are you with a sword?” Qing-Yuan questioned.
“I’m alright, though neither are something I’d brag about.” She said placing her bow and arrow on a table in the far corner.
“Don’t believe her,” An older man’s voice said, he was sitting in the shadows of the practice room when he stood up and walked into the light revealing a man looking in his late hundreds (a bit young for his actual age) with a long white beard, eyeglasses and blue-green eyes that hold the knowledge of an older wiser time in the universe, “she’s just as deadly with a sword as her father, and given the training possibly more dangerous.” The man said thoughtfully while rubbing his chin with thought.
Qing-Yuan smiled his eyes twinkling, “Really now, Harron” He said to the older man who smiled back and nodded slightly. Alleanna furred her eye brows questionly wondering what the two were silently agreeing on. “Excuse me knight Organa, Senator Arkon-I have to retrieve something from my room” Qing-Yuan said barely bowed and walked out off the room.
“What’s he getting, Harron?” Alleanna said looking at Harron her blue eyes going deep into his entwining like vain around his knowledge trying to let some of it seep into her head so she could read his thoughts, but she knew it wouldn’t work Harron was far to smart for her to try and drag something out of him-or his mind anyway.
“Oh, nothing deary,” Harron said walking over to her bow and arrow set picking it up examining it while he waiting. Alleanna watched him carefully shifting her eyes toward the door every now and then; she took the hair tie on her wrist and pulled her hair into a low pony tail.
“Alright,” Qing-Yuan said walking in holding something long wrapped in swade like leather. “I was going to keep this until I died if I never found your father and Mothers daughter-but considering you are here, I believe you should have this.” He unraveled the long object from it’s material case; when he finished there on the table before her lay a sword long sleek shiny un-scratched from the ware of time as if it had never used before in any life time a good sized beautiful blue diamond embedded on the handle with smaller white and blue diamonds traveling up the handle to the blade and a breath taking design. Qing-Yuan picks up the sword and hands it to her putting it so it was lying in both hands, “This was your father’s sword.”
Alleanna looked at him lost for words, “His sword?” she managed to say staring at it.
Qing-Yuan nodded and ran his finger along the surface of the blade and he felt engravement, “All of us get our names engraved into our swords, you’re fathers name is right here just as clear as the day he got it done.”
“It looks like he never even used it…” Alleanna murmured she could barely get the words out of her mouth.
“He took good care of it and it took good care of him, it never let him down,” Qing-Yuan looked at her, “and I hope it will do the same for you.”
Alleanna nodded lightly still staring at the sword.
“There’s one other thing, this is no ordinary sword that you’d see most militia men….or woman carrying. It was created in the times before Curn rose to power before the times got harder and darker passed down through your fathers family-like that ring on your neck that sword chooses its handler and it chose him. It will only respond to its master. The master and sword together keep the planet of Galileo protected from harms way.” Harron said running eyes down the sword as if seeing an old friend for the first time again
“Magic?” Alleanna asked looking up at the two adults with her.
“Yes, just like wizardry, my dear.” Qing-Yuan said. “When your father needed to in battle he’d clamp tight onto the sword and some how they become one, the blade would radiate a blue glow several feet from it-that sword is one of the only reasons your father lived as long as he did.” Qing-Yuan finished looking at Alleanna, “We believe you could do the same.”
“My powers lie within the ring, My Lord. I am not strong enough to yield the power of something else.” Alleanna said looking between the two men the last thing she needed was more responsibility for the Universe.
“That is where you are wrong, Princess Organa. Your powers do not nest within the ring, they are your powers the ring just stores them it’s kind of an on off button. The ring intensifies your powers until you have gotten the training you need then you are trained there is no more “need” for the ring except to be a binder; something to bind planets and galaxy’s of this universe who have never met of have been enemies together as one and to contain that peace. You can yield the power of that sword in your hands-we would not place it in your hands if we doubted your ability. You will wrap your fingers around the handle and feel the energy of the universe shoot through you like a warm wave and when that happens you have yielded the power of that sword and it is bound to you.” Harron said looking deep into her eyes

The image faded from Alleanna’s mind as she watched the figure walk toward her holding his or her sword.
’Wrap your fingers around the handle and feel the energy of the universe shoot through you.’ Harron’s voice seemed to repeat in her head. Alleanna shook her head ‘don’t start going all Sci-Fi on yourself yet girl’ she thought to herself.
‘Wrap your fingers around the handle and feel the energy of the universe shoot through you.’ Harron’s voice gently said in her ear again. Alleanna glances down at the sword in her hands and clamped on hard with her hands taking a deep breath and swallowing hard closing eyes as it started to feel like electricity was running through her. Alleanna snapped her eyes open and look around the circle surrounding her-everyone had gotten quiet even her attacker and they were all now staring down at her sword. Alleanna looked down at the sword in her hands and blinked seeing the blade glowing a white blue. A small smile crept on her face as she collided her sword with her attacker’s to see a tall man with short brown hair, white ice-like green eyes and a scar over his left eye and cheek. “Cedrivok?” She murmured the name of the man who killed her parents questionly and all the man did was smirk.
Cedrivok drew down his sword stepping away and his men retreated behind him but his smirk never left his face. “I would like you to meet something.” His untrustworthy voice said mischievously.
The ground shook underneath Alleanna’s feet as she heard this horrific screech running through her highly sensitive ears. She turned to the right seeing trees tumbling as a tall dragon like figure came into view. Now that she could see it, it defiantly was no dragon even though it had the body structure of one; It was much taller than the trees, its head was like a fly’s with two big round beady eyes just staring at you, there were two long fangs dripping with venom, long lizard like arms and legs with sharp poison filled claws, and a long serpent tall.
“A Flinx.” She said bewildered they had learned about these horrific creatures in training but not once had seen one in real life-the closest to this was the picture in her history text book; they were much more massive in real life.
The Flinx thrashed its arms throwing Alleanna to the ground. Alleanna looked around the men and Cedrivok that had once surrounded her were gone. ‘Probably thought the Flinx would take care of me.’ She thought. Alleanna pulled herself up looking at the burning scratches on her arm wincing in pain. The Flinx thrashed again this time Alleanna fought back stabbing it with her sword the creature cried in pain but continued its attack. Alleanna after awhile of being beaten and scratched by this large creature stuck her glowing sword through its foot to distract it from her momentarily.
The Flinx did its horrific screech and thrashed the air and then went down immediately to its target and stabbed Alleanna on her right shoulder by her neck with its long venomous fangs. Alleanna tried to cry in pain but the shock was too much she grabbed her burning cold wound with one hand and sword with the other. She staggered away from the creature as strait as possible her vision was blurred, she was light headed and nauseous. The Flinx lunged forward thrashing arms at her throwing her to the side by some trees and rocks.
Alleanna tried to pull herself up but she couldn’t lift herself her strength was gone. She laid down eyes closed waiting for the Flinx to finish her. The trees around Alleanna started to sway as the wind suddenly picked up like a ship was trying to land. Alleanna opened her eyes excepting a ship to be trying to land on her but instead she saw a bright green mass flying towards her. The Flinx charged forward ready to attack her with full force but the green mass landed in front of Alleanna revealing itself to be a dragon. The dragon blew fire at the Flinx warding it off back into the depth woods.
The dragon’s rider waited till the creature was a safe distance in the woods before jumping off and walking over to Alleanna. Alleanna barely opened her eyes once again noting the rider was in a hooded black cape blocking his face. The hooded figure picked her up as Alleanna tried to struggle but most of her strength was gone. The figure then placed her on the dragon and she blacked out.

Alleanna opened her eyes as a white mist subsided from her vision. She sat up leaning on a tree behind her looking around, she was in a wood clearing surrounded by woods-her rescuer and the dragon were no where in site but it looked like they had set up camp. A fire was burning with twigs beside it for fuel; bags were on the ground-most likely filled with supplies.
Her rescuer walked out of the trees with more twigs placing them by the fire sitting by it. “Lay down.” The hooded figure commanded with no emotion.
Alleanna leaned her head on the tree behind her so she wasn’t sitting up to her full potential placing hand on face. She then traced her finger over her left eye from above the eye down across her cheek like Cedrivok’s scar. “A scar-he has a scar over his left eye…I didn’t know he had one……how’d he get that?” she murmured questionly to herself.
The hooded figure turned to face her-its black cape flowing eerily. Alleanna swallowed hard afraid this shadowed warrior-though it had saved her life was about to turn against her at her moment of weakness. Instead, the figure lowered it’s black hood revealing a younger handsome unscarred version of Cedrivok, though his hair was black and his eyes were a light but bright green. Those eyes reminded her very much of some one quite unparticular. The young man had a rough but regal presence about him as he stood at full height which was some where around 5’ 10”.
“It happened 16 ½ years ago-he was scarred by a guardian and his sword in battle.” The young man sat down at a tree not far from hers moving his gaze to the sword that he had placed by her side when he had laid her down. “A sword quite like that one.” He tossed a stick into the fire trying to intensify the flame. “Though, the brave was killed along with…” the young man paused almost pained. “a very good friend of his, my father and his brother killed him-why? They have never spoken of it. Most say it was for the gentles daughter who vanished mysteriously after their death, few know what became of her-I am one of them.” He got up and walked over to the fire sitting down poking it with a twig.
Alleanna hooked her sword on her belt and looked at him, “You do?” she questioned.
“Yes, she was sent away for her protection…she later fell into the wrong hands.” He looked at her; his eyes looked into hers while shining like crystals.
“Your eyes-they are like….” She started.
He looked into the fire staring once again intently as the fire flickered in his eyes. “Your mother’s, Anttolia’s?” he questioned
Alleanna nodded shocked her knew her mothers name.
“I’ve noticed…I have a picture of her hidden in my bedroom-I met her once of twice.” He kept staring into the fire. “I miss her a lot…” he added quietly.
“How’d you know her?” Alleanna questioned sitting up strait pulling her legs to her chest.
“She was my Aunt.” He said simply. “And the only one who was still alive in my immediate family who understood me. My father never has-he’s always cherished my older brother-the evil one because they are so much a like. He always wanted me to be like him but I refused and still do. My has and always rest in Arcimada with Ann and my mother.” He looked at her and stood up walking over to her while taking of his cloak and wrapping it around her. “She was the kind who would give you the jacket right off your back even if that was all she had-others meant more to her than herself.” They sat in silence for a few moments; Alleanna pulled the cloak around her tighter starring at the fire.
“Who’s your father?” She asked finally breaking the silence.
Her cousin looked at her, “Cedrivok.” He said plainly yet ashamed.
“Cedrivok? That would mean…” She started.
“Cedrivok and Arvok were your mom’s brothers. Brother’s who were evil enough to murder their own sister and her husband when neither one had done anything to them though my father disagrees and said them living was just doing something to them.” The boy shook his head. “I don’t get it.”
Alleanna looked at him wondering his name.
‘His name is Armont’ Armont’s green dragon said meeting her gaze diverting her from Armont.
Alleanna looked at the dragon ‘Thank You’ she replied telepathically and smiled looking back at Armont. “Why’d you save me, Armont?”
“Because…we need you….the universe needs you.” He said looking into the fire.
Alleanna looked at him knowing there was more to come behind that answer.
Armont smiled a little at the silence knowingly. “And I know who you were instantly and I wasn’t gonna loose my cousin-though I’d be the same way with a stranger-just the way I am. You should really thank Emerald, she flew you here with both of us on her back-she is the one who really saved you, Hun.” He said looking over at his gorgeous dragon as both their eyes sparkled at each other.
Alleanna looked at the dragon and the dragon stared right back. ‘Thank you.’ She said telepathically to the kind dragon.
“Don’t mention it.” Emerald replied sweetly while gently breathing her warm breath on Alleanna heating her up. Alleanna closed her eyes smiling as Armont smiled the first smile she had seem him smile since she had woken up.
“Why don’t you go sleep by the fire-it’ll keep you warm.” Armont said looking at the goose bumps on Alleanna’s hands.
“What about you Armont?” She asked turning her head to him.
“Don’t worry about me, Hun, I’m fine in the shadows.” Armont said standing up.
“The fire is big enough-you could lay by it with me.” Alleanna said looking at Armont who was bewitching the fire not to go out unless they put it out.
“Some one needs to make sure we’re not attacked at night.” He looked at her.
“We have Emerald-besides-I won’t sleep a wink knowing you’re cold.” She said looking right back at him.
“I won’t be cold Hun.” He replied reassuringly
Alleanna looked at Armont who had turned not facing her as he was taking a rolled sleeping bag out of his shoulder back pack. Her stare went right through him and he turned and looked at her as if she was telling him telepathically to do so.
“Breneck’s eyes.” He murmured quietly.
“Pardon?” She questioned not able to hear him before.
“Your eyes-they’re a lot like your father’s from what I’ve seen in my visions, anyway.” He said while handing her a thin rolled up sleeping bag and sitting down by her.
“Visions?” She questioned.
“I’m a seer-like you.” He looked at her. The forest was dark only the stars, moon, and fire lit the area around them. The fire cast an eerie glow on Armont’s face.
“How’d you know I’m a seer?” Alleanna questioned him staring at him then into the fire.
“I saw it in your eyes.” Armont said getting up taking out another sleeping bag and glancing at Alleanna. He tossed it by her while he picked his sword up from the ground.
Alleanna smiled and looked up at the sky watching the stars.
“Beautiful aren’t they?” He said and walked over to her sitting on his sleeping bag. “The only beautiful and peaceful thing on this pardon the language hell hole-other than Emerald-and now you.” He looked at her not smiling but yet his eyes twinkled like a smile.
Alleanna smiled at him, “Why can’t you leave here if you hate it so much-you could move to Arcimada-you yourself said that where your heart lies.”
Armont sighed, “I wish it was that simple. You see my brother Creg turned down the crown to go into the army-or that’s his excuse-he just couldn’t handle the pressure. So I have to take it-If I don’t, if I leave I loose my head-litterly. I have absolutely no choice but to take the crown…”
Alleanna looked at him. “Course you have a choice-you always have a choice.”
Armont looked at her then sighed saying nothing as he rolled out the sleeping bags side by side but made sure that she was closer to the fire than him, he then laid down on his sleeping bag. “I’m afraid I don’t have any pillows in my bag.”
Alleanna laid down as well. “Its okay, that’s alright.”
Armont reached over grabbed two blankets and put them over them and slipped his under her head as a pillow.
“Thank you.” Alleanna said smiling and closing eyes starting to drift off to sleep.
Armont kissed her head closing eyes, “Good night, Hun.” He gently whispered which seemed unusual for his nature.
Alleanna yawned, “Armont?”
“Mmmmm?” He replied quietly he didn’t want to wake her up more than she was and he opened his eyes.
“How’d you know I was who I said I am instantly?” She asked her voice quiet and tired.
“1. I could see your thoughts by looking in your eyes, 2. I’ve seen a picture of you that my father and uncle use when plotting.” He said stroking her head to get her to sleep.
“Oh.” She barely got the words out of her mouth as she fell asleep.

Alleanna got up the next morning and sat by the fire cooking food for breakfast.
Armont walked over from saddling up Emerald, “Go rest, I’ll take over.”
“I don’t need rest…” She started.
“You were bit by a Flinx you need to relax as much as possible-now go.” He pointed to a tree where he had set up stuff for her to sit comfortably on.
“Alright.” Alleanna started to get up on her own but Armont helped her.
“You need to be careful-The venom is still in your system I couldn’t get it all out when I cleaned you out after I found you.” He said after he helped her up.
Alleanna nodded lightly, “Alright.” She walked over and sat down leaning on tree.
After awhile Armont walked over and handed her a wooden bowl with food and a wooden spoon. “Here you go.”
Alleanna took it, “Thank you.”
Armont held up a hand as if saying ‘no problem’ and sat down by her with his food and they started eating
“How’s the shoulder doing?” He asked looking at her.
“Sore.” She said plainly.
“After you’re done I’ll wash it out again-better to be safe than sorry.” He said putting his food down after finishing.
“Isn’t Emerald hungry?” Alleanna questioned looking at the gorgeous dragon.
“No, I caught her some squirrels this morning.” Armont replied looking at Emerald too.
“Alright.” Alleanna said as she put down her food dish food still in it.
“Done?” He questioned.
“My appetite seems smaller but yet.” She replied.
“That’s the venom.” He got up wetting a rag with a water bottle than grabbed a glass bottle and walked over to her.
“Move your hair.” He commanded. Alleanna moved her hair for him and Armont poured the liquid in the jar on her would. At first it stung then a cooling tingling sensation took over as he placed the rag on her bare skin and wound. Alleanna winced as it stung, “Feel any better?” He asked concerned as Alleanna turned paler than before.
“Light headed.” She managed to barely whisper.
Armont worried handed her his water bottle, “Drink some of this.”
Alleanna nodded lightly and started sipping the water slowly.
“How do you feel now?” He asked his eyes looking her up and down concerned.
“Nauseous.” She said putting the water bottle down.
Armont gently laid her down, “relax okay?” Alleanna nodded lightly closing eyes, “Just don’t fall asleep, okay?”
“Okay.” She said quietly and weakly.
Armont rubbed his chin not sure what to do.
“Armont, use this.” A female voice said from behind him holding out her hand with leaves in it.
Armont turned to face her, “Will it help?” He asked the young oriental woman.
“Yes, it won’t cure her though. We need to get her to a healer or a doctor-some one more experienced than you.” The woman replied handing him the leaves, “Vkavinkane leaves and flowers-you know how to use them right?”
“Yes, but it’s not grown here how’d you get it?” He asked grabbing his water bottle unscrewing the cap.
“I’ve had them for awhile but they’re still potent though don’t worry.” She said reassuringly.
Armont nodded absently as he dropped the leaves and flowers into the water bottle and they dissolved. He put the water bottle to her lips and poured it in her mouth and down her throat. “That’ll last till we get her to some sort of doctor or healer.”
The young woman crouched by him and next to Alleanna running her hand along her forehead, “She’s getting clammy.”
Armont clicked his fingers and everything was picked up put away and tied to Emerald. He then picked up Alleanna and carried her over to Emerald. “I need you to carry all 3 of us to the ship deport, Okay, Emerald?”
Emerald gently nudged Armont’s head breathing gently on Alleanna, ‘Yes, I understand-get on.’ she replied to him telepathically
The oriental woman put the fire out and walked over to them. Armont put Alleanna on Emerald’s back, then helped the young woman on and climber on himself.
“Can she handle the weight, Armont?” The young woman said concerned.
“Not for extended trips-but for this she’ll be fine, don’t worry, Ashleigh.” Armont replied while stroking Emeralds back to get her to lift off and putting the hood on his cape over his head. Emerald opened her wings moved them several times and took off above the tall trees.
