We so fail at updating this thing lately.
Anyway.
As you all know, I'm in Creative Writing. Well, recently, we did a project with Character building, and I figured I might as well share one of them on here.
...It's rough. But it's the best one.
---
Name: Lacy Hoker
Female, Age 20
Background: Lacey grew up in a world of fairytales told by her mother, a self-proclaimed fortune teller-slash-gypsy, and by the age of six, actually believed herself to possess some kind of magical force that she tries to test when she thinks no one else is watching. She’s incredibly smart, although painfully awkward, and skipped ahead a year in elementary school. She was born and raised in the backwoods of Missouri, and though she was accepted into Yale, chose to go to the local university because she thought it would keep her closer to her ‘spiritual power source.’ As a Junior, she’s chosen to major in Theology, Psycology, and Philosophy, none of which she intends on pursuing. She loves to ask questions and identifies people by what she sees as interesting features about them. She believes she can tell if people are magical or not, often scaring away the people she intends to friend.
Description: Lacey is a stout 5’4” girl with bleach blonde hair, faintly tinted an eerie blue from a previous dye. She has a bracelet obsession and wears exactly thirty-two of them, though distributed unevenly and randomly between both of her wrists. She’s pudgy, not exactly fat, and wears high-foundation shoes to make up for her stature. She has three piercings in each ear and a single stud on the right side of her bottom lip. Her clothing choices come in multiple colors and are usually layered, but she consistently wears a faded green wool scarf over the bottom half of her face when she’s not speaking or indoors.

Jeeze I suck, like a lot, for not commenting sooner than this... BUT Lacey seems really cool! The scarf and bracelets are a nice touch. :D Are you actually writing a story for her??
Also, its extremely depressing that at this point I'm not doing NaNo, especially since everyone else on the face of the planet IS. I'm going to miss itttt. Maybe I'll change my mind. =/ Convince me?
Good luck to all of you anyways. Miss you! ♥
DO IT ANNA!!!! (Oh, and I take credit for getting her to comment :D) Seriously. You have to do it. November would be so weird without nanowrimo!
